CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Drum Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adhered to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with cleaning water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Current Slot (CTS), the Counter Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Current Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Troughing is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 6 to 0mm.Reverse flow slots are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.The semi-countercurrent trough is suitable for roughing and concentrating of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
