CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water, and the sorting operation is completed.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tank Slot (CTS), the Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 6 to 0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
