CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Magnetic Separator is suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the slurry enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with wash water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be fitted with three types of trays, namely, the Conventional Trickle Tray (CTS), the Counter Trickle Tray (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Trickle Tray (CTB), to accommodate various separation requirements.Tray chutes are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-against-the-current trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentration of ores with particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes between 0.15 to 0mm.
