The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, featuring a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of compartments: the Converging Tank (CTS), the Counter-Flow Tank (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Flow Tank (CTB), to accommodate various separation requirements.Chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-contrarian groove is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
