CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Converging Slot (CTS), the Counter-Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Chute is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore materials with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-upset slot is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ores with particle sizes of 0.5-0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes of 0.15-0mm.
