CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tubular Magnetic Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adhered to the surface of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adhered to the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Flow Slot (CTS), the Counter-Flow Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Flow Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Tray chutes are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles with a size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-against-the-current channel is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
