CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnet Tube Magnetic Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Flow Slot (CTS), the Counter-Flow Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Flow Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Gravity chutes are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size of 0.6-0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
