The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strongly magnetic minerals adhering to the cylinder surface rotate with it and are carried out of the magnetic field, then washed into the concentrate tank with rinse water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Converging Tail Slot (CTS), the Counterflow Tail Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counterflow Tail Slot (CTB), to meet various separation requirements.Troughing chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for industrial heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.Semi-contraction slots are suitable for coarse and fine concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for fine concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
