The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet tube magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Current Slot (CTS), the Counter Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Current Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Tray chutes are suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-upset slot is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
