CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic zone, strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adhering to the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field, and flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be fitted with three types of slots, namely the Conventional Sluice (CTS), the Counter-Current Sluice (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Sluice (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Troughing is suitable for coarse separation and concentration of ore particles ranging from 6 to 0 mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-rotary slot is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrate particles of 0.15 to 0mm.
