CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Flow Slot (CTS), the Counter-Flow Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Flow Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles with a size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-upflow channel is suitable for roughing and concentration of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
