The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strongly magnetic minerals attached to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the downstream slot (CTS), the upstream slot (CTN), and the semi-upstream slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Tray classifiers are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore materials with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial coal washing industry.The semi-undulating trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
