CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Drum Separators are suitable for wet processing of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discarded and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adhered to the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field, and flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Sluice (CTS), the Counter-Current Sluice (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Sluice (CTB), to meet various separation requirements.Tray classifiers are suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.The reverse channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-countercurrent channel is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes between 0.15 to 0mm.
