The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, washed into the concentrate tank with flushing water, and the separation process is completed.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Sluice (CTS), the Counter-Current Sluice (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Sluice (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore materials with a particle size of 6-0mm.Gravity channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
