The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it and are carried out of the magnetic field. They are then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Converging-Transverse Slot (CTS), the Counter-Transverse Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Transverse Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Retrograde slots are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial coal washing process.The semi-contrarian slot is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
