The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flushed out. The strong magnetic minerals adhering to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, washed into the concentrate tank with rinsing water, and the separation process is completed.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Current Slot (CTS), the Counter Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Current Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Troughing chutes are suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 6-0mm.Reverse channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with sizes ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in industrial coal selection.The semi-countercurrent groove is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ores with particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
