The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and are flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tank Slot (CTS), the Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Tray classifiers are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles with a size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-contraction trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
