CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adhering to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Sluice (CTS), the Counter-Current Sluice (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Sluice (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Troughing chutes are suitable for coarse screening and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size of 0.6-0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-countercurrent groove is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
