CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tank Slot (CTS), the Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter-Current Tank Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles with a size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.The semi-inverse flow slot is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ores with particle sizes of 0.5-0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes of 0.15-0mm.
