CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnet Tube Magnets are suitable for wet processing of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field, and flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tank Slot (CTS), the Counter Tank Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tank Slot (CTB), to accommodate various separation requirements.Chute suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore material with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-upset trough is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
