CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Magnets are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the downstream slot (CTS), the upstream slot (CTN), and the semi-upstream slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse and fine ore separation with a particle size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in the coal washing industry.The semi-upstream channel is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ores with particle sizes between 0.5-0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes ranging from 0.15-0mm.
