CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder and are flushed into the concentrate tank with cleaning water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Tank Slot (CTS), the Counter Tank Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tank Slot (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles with a size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial coal washing process.The semi-contrarian slot is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrate of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
