CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Magnets are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, and the sorting operation is completed.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots: the Conventional Tailing Slot (CTS), the Counter-current Tailing Slot (CTN), and the Semi-counter-current Tailing Slot (CTB), to cater to different separation requirements.Chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 6 to 0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-countercurrent groove is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
