A drying room, also known as a curing room, is designed for the curing of large electrical equipment, motors, coatings, chemicals, and surfaces. It features a hot air circulation system for drying moisture from food and various products, ensuring even temperature distribution in the workspace. A low-noise fan system creates a quiet working environment. The dust-free, cover-type far-infrared heater is stable in performance and has a long service life. Equipped with tracks at the bottom and a trolley for loading workpieces or samples, it offers high work efficiency. The intake and exhaust devices can adjust the air exchange rate in the workspace. An independent control panel allows for either local or centralized control in a control room. High-precision imported intelligent programmable temperature control instruments are available for temperature control, with P.I.D parameters for automatic adjustment, solid-state relays for power adjustment, and the ability to preset multi-stage temperature control curves. The intelligent temperature control instruments provide sensitive and reliable control. A recorder documents the entire process's temperature curve. An over-temperature protection device emits audio-visual alarm signals and cuts off the heating power supply to protect equipment and workpieces.
