The principle of operation for the hot air circulation oven: The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven utilizes a fan to circulate the air evenly. The airflow is driven by a circulating fan motor (equipped with a contactless switch) that powers the fan wheel through a heater, expelling the heated air. The air is then directed through ducts to the interior of the oven, and after use, the air is drawn back into the ducts to become the source of air for further circulation and heating. This ensures uniformity of the internal temperature. When the temperature fluctuates due to door operations, the air circulation system quickly returns to its operational state, until it reaches the set temperature value.
