The working principle of a hot air circulation oven: The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven uses a fan to circulate the air evenly. The wind source is driven by a circulation fan motor (using a non-contact switch) to rotate the impeller through the heater, expelling hot air. This hot air is then channeled into the oven chamber, and the used air is drawn back into the duct to become the wind source for another cycle, reheating the air. This ensures uniformity of the indoor temperature. When the temperature fluctuates due to door opening and closing actions, the air circulation system quickly returns to operational status until it reaches the set temperature value.
