The Ionized Honeycomb Deodorization Equipment consists of an ion generator, an ion generator tube, and a control system. It is an air purification device used for deodorization and removing odors, commonly applied in new air system purification, central air conditioning indoor purification, factories, workshops, wastewater stations, and garbage deodorization, among other locations. Common types include plasma deodorization equipment, high-energy ion deodorization equipment, photo-oxygen ion deodorization equipment, low-temperature plasma deodorization equipment, and electrostatic deodorization equipment.
The primary principle of the ionic deodorization equipment is to produce a large number of positive and negative ions under the instantaneous high energy of high-energy electrons, which break the chemical bonds of certain harmful gas molecules, directly decomposing them into elemental atoms, radicals, or harmless molecules. A large number of high-energy electrons, ions, excited ions, and oxygen and hydroxyl free radicals (free radicals carry unpaired electrons and possess strong reactivity, colliding intensely with gas molecules, leading to complex physical and chemical reactions such as ionization, oxidation, and neutralization. This process oxidizes gaseous pollutants into lower concentration, harmless molecules like H2O and CO2, thereby achieving the goal of air purification.
