　KHC0D-12Standard COD digestion unit, featuring glass burr reflux tubes instead of spherical reflux tubes, and replacing the recirculating water cooling method with air and water cooling techniques, making operation more convenient. The cooling section is mainly achieved by water-cooled burr condensers and fan air cooling. The upper part of the condenser has spherical bubbles for improved cooling effect, with the catalyst added here to prevent the immediate volatilization of light components in the sample, and a lid with a volatilization cap can be added. The lower part is shaped like "burrs," with multiple opposing "cooling bubbles" extending from the condenser wall on a single plane, which increases the cooling area more than a simple spherical condenser and can block the passage of volatile substances and vapors. This is further enhanced by the dual action of the cooling water in the upper spherical reflux tube and the internal fan.
