The infrared light waves emitted from the sensor utilize a stable, non-visible near-monochromatic infrared light source, which avoids interference from the chroma in the liquid and external visible light on the sensor's measurement.

Advantages

Chemical Addition Control
To facilitate the reuse of process water, turbidity analysis instruments are used, and the white water is typically sent to a DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) unit or other separation equipment for treatment. By adding chemicals or flocculants, fibers or particulate matter in the white water can be removed. A turbidity sensor is installed before and after the DAF unit to monitor the particle content/turbidity of the white water online, enabling automatic control of chemical addition. This ensures consistent water quality after treatment and reduces factory water consumption.
