Electromagnetic Heater Brief Introduction:
Electromagnetic heating boilers operate on the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. They convert AC to DC electricity and then invert it to high-frequency alternating current, which acts on the inductive coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. This creates numerous small eddy currents within the boiler body, heating it through the collision of these currents. The water inside the boiler is heated to the desired temperature. There is an insulating heat-insulating material of over 20mm between the water and the coil, yet the thermal efficiency can reach 97%. These boilers are environmentally friendly and safe, with short preheating times and rapid heating speeds. The electromagnetic heating boiler system includes: a variable frequency electromagnetic heating controller, an intelligent operation control system, an electromagnetic coil, the heating boiler body, and a protective circuit.
