Color asphalt, also known as colored binder.
A type of road construction material, it is made by adding color powder to colorless binder, which can be derived from de-colored asphalt or mixed from light-colored polymers such as petroleum resin.
Color asphalt features vivid colors and stable chemical properties. Currently, it comes in several major color series, including red, green, yellow, and blue, and can be customized to meet the specific color requirements of customers.
Color asphalt concrete road surfaces refer to the mixture of de-colored asphalt with various colored aggregates, pigments, and additives at specific temperatures, which can be formulated into asphalt mixtures of different colors. These mixtures are then laid and compacted to form road surfaces with certain strength and road performance, also known as colored asphalt road surfaces. They are widely used in landscape paving for traffic signatory roads, sidewalks, residential roads, parks, squares, parking lots, and other similar applications.
Performance Features
(1) Offers excellent road performance, maintaining high-temperature stability, resistance to water damage, and durability under various temperatures and external conditions. It does not exhibit deformation, asphalt film peeling, or similar issues, and has good bonding with the subgrade.
(2) Vibrant and durable colors, no fading, excellent high and low temperature stability, easy maintenance.
(3) Offers strong sound-absorbing capabilities; when car tires roll at high speeds on the road, they do not produce loud noise due to air compression, and can also absorb other external noises.
(4) Features excellent elasticity and flexibility, with a comfortable "foot feel" ideal for elderly individuals to take walks, and boasts good anti-slip properties.
