Color Asphalt, also known as Color Binder.
It is a type of road construction material, made by adding color powder to colorless binder. The colorless binder can be obtained by decolorizing asphalt or mixed from light-colored polymers such as petroleum resin.
Colored asphalt features vivid colors and stable chemical properties. Currently available in several color series such as red, green, yellow, and blue, it can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Color asphalt concrete road surface refers to the mixing and blending of de-colored asphalt with various colored aggregates, colorants, and additives at specific temperatures to produce a range of colored asphalt mixtures. These mixtures are then laid and compacted to form a road surface with certain strength and road performance, also known as a colored asphalt road surface. It is widely applicable in scenic paving for traffic signposts, sidewalks, residential roadways, parks, squares, parking lots, and other landscape areas.
Performance Features
(1) Excellent road performance with high-temperature stability, excellent resistance to water damage and durability under various temperature and external environmental conditions. No deformation or asphalt film peeling occurs, and it has good bonding with the base layer.
(2) Vibrant and durable colors, fade-resistant, with excellent high and low temperature stability, easy to maintain.
(3) Offers strong sound-absorbing capabilities; car tires rolling at high speeds on the road do not produce loud noise due to air compression, while also absorbing other external noises.
(4) Features good elasticity and flexibility, providing a comfortable "foot feel." Ideal for elderly individuals to take walks, and offers excellent anti-slip properties.
