Product Description:
Concrete corrosion inhibitor, a low molecular weight silane impregnation agent, can penetrate cohesive surfaces and penetrate into the concrete, where it reacts chemically with air and water molecules exposed to acidic or alkaline environments. This forms a hydrophobic treatment layer, preventing moisture from entering the substrate. It offers waterproofing, anti-Cl-, and UV-resistant properties while being breathable. It effectively prevents the corrosion, loosening, scaling, and mildew of concrete and its internal steel reinforcement due to moisture seepage, sunlight, acid rain, and seawater侵蚀. It extends the service life of buildings. The protected material retains good hydrophobic properties and maintains its original appearance. In alkaline environments, such as freshly poured concrete, it stimulates the reaction and accelerates the formation of the hydrophobic layer.

Widely used in various reinforced concrete structures, such as commercial buildings (interior and exterior walls, roofs, and floors), parking lots, garages, warehouses, cold storage, swimming pools, highways, bridge structures, ports, and offshore engineering, particularly suitable for high-strength concrete structures in harsh environments, including roads and overpasses eroded by salt spray and deicing salt, utility poles, wastewater treatment ponds in sewage treatment plants, landfill sites, and high-altitude areas with significant temperature differences. It is a product recommended by the national concrete industry anti-corrosion specifications.

Spray or Brush Application:
Before use, apply a test to each surface to be treated to ensure compatibility and achieve optimal waterproofing results.
Do not dilute or mix with other liquids.
2. The construction area must be cleaned thoroughly.
Shake vigorously before use to ensure even foam distribution.
4. Apply using a sealed spray gun, roller, or brush. When using a brush or roller, reapply to maintain surface moisture for a few minutes; for a spray gun, continue to spray until the base is fully penetrated. When working on the facade, spray from bottom to top to achieve a droplet length of 15-20 cm.
5. When used on walls, the sprayer should be applied from bottom to top, left to right, until the entire surface is completed.

7. Normally, to increase the concrete's strength and hardness, just a single coat is needed.
8. In high-humidity environments such as near seas and rivers, the paint can be applied up to four times (subject to conditions).
9. Construction Environment Conditions: Room temperature between 5℃ and 35℃; concrete surface temperature should be between 2℃ and 33℃. If the surface temperature exceeds 33℃, spray water for about 30 minutes before applying this material.
