Specific installation methods for guardrails:
1. Layout and Measurement: Conduct layout construction based on design drawings, actual terrain, and ground objects, determine the center line of the columns, and install guardrails according to the specified slope and line count.
2. Proper initial ground treatment is crucial for the smooth and secure installation of fences. Before burying the posts, it is necessary to replace and compact the weak layer beneath the foundation to ensure the posts' stability. The installation of posts should be done in sections. Visually, the axis of the posts should be straight, without any unevenness; from a height, the top of the posts should be smooth, except for special terrain, which should not have indentations or protrusions.
3. Based on measurements and layout, initially set up the baseline and white line, then excavate the original ground surface to incline the posts, followed by compacting the foundation and installing them at the layout position. Pay attention to the size of the foundation pit.
4. When installing the columns, ensure stability and a tight connection with the foundation. During installation, first use a thin line to test the straightness of the column, then make local adjustments to ensure the straight sections are level and the curved sections are sufficiently smooth. It is crucial to install the columns according to the design drawings.
5. The net must be securely fastened to the column, with the mesh surface installed flatly, showing no significant warping or unevenness.
6. After temporarily fixing the columns, install the railing. Once properly and securely installed, pour the concrete foundation and maintain it promptly.
