The generator is primarily composed of the engine, generator, and control system. There are two types of connections between the engine and generator: a flexible connection, where a coupling is used to join the two parts, and a rigid connection, which is formed by high-strength bolts connecting the generator's rigid mounting plate to the engine. After the engine and generator are connected, they are mounted on a common base frame, and various sensors are added, such as water temperature sensors. Automatic Switch Control
1. Set the control switch to AUTO and ensure the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is also in the AUTO position. In the event of a power outage, the ATS will send a start signal to the generator, which will then automatically start up.
