1. Upon normal shutdown, the mechanical grate should be left in the correct position as per equipment specifications after the power is cut off. The rotary grate, buttons, and so on should be reset. Use high-pressure water to clean any debris left on various parts of the decontamination machine, and apply lubricant as required.
During the operation of the mechanical grate, if overloading occurs (due to encountering obstacles or tines that cannot be inserted), the hydraulic push rod should be actuated to open and close the guide rail. Repeat the operation to remove the obstacle, or in the event of other malfunctions causing the unit to stop, the automatic alarm system should automatically trigger an alarm or shut down the machine. Operators should immediately report to the site, cut off the power according to the fault condition, promptly rectify the issue, inspect relevant components, and if damaged, repair them in a timely manner.
3. The mechanical grate operates for at least half an hour daily, and lubricants of the specified type are added at the designated points in a timely and measured manner. Additionally, the surface paint of the unit must be kept intact without any debris left behind.
