(1) Tube diameter of the suction line
This design utilizes four pumps with three in operation and one in reserve, thus the flow rate of each suction pipe is: Q = 786 (m³/h)
Due to the self-priming water intake and integrated sewage pump station equipment, the diameter for the cavitation margin is not considered, and is selected as DN500 with a flow rate of 1.29 m/s. Referring to the table, the value of i is 4.383‰.
(2) Valve
The specifications selected are as follows:

Pre-fabricated pump stations are fully buried underground, with only maintenance openings and control boxes visible on the ground. Optional scenic management houses can be placed above ground to harmonize with the surrounding environment.

Pump stations are supplied as a complete package, including the Fujian integrated sewage pump. All internal installation and commissioning work is completed at the factory. On-site, only the complete pump station needs to be installed, which reduces the construction period and engineering costs for civil works, and lowers the overall investment for the owner.
