Reports indicate: Mixing 70 parts paraffin oil, 30 parts ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), and 1 part oxygen-atomated二氧化硅 (highly dispersed silica) into granules allows for smooth extrusion (injection) at 190°C. There are two scenarios for the co-lubricated extrusion (injection) of UHMW-PE with lubricant: one is by using the gap method [5, 6] to press the lubricant into the mold, forming a lubricating layer between the mold cavity surface and the molten material; the other is by blending it with low-viscosity resin, making it part of the product (see Section 3.2.1 for details).
PP duct sections are sequentially placed on supports and joined together, or can be connected on the ground to reach a certain length, then positioned using the whole hoisting method. In cases where it's not convenient to hang pulleys or due to space constraints, and hoisting cannot be performed, the PP duct sections can be pulled to the scaffolding with ropes and then lifted to align with the flanges on the supports for gradual installation. Before the PP duct installation is complete, and before connecting the风口 (air outlets) and branches, the tightness of the PP duct system should be checked mainly on the main trunk. Before installing the PP ducts, all internal and external debris should be removed, and cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out. The installation location, elevation, and direction of the PP ducts should comply with the design requirements.
