PP duct sections are placed on brackets one by one and connected sequentially, or they can be joined on the ground to reach a certain length before being hoisted into position using the whole lifting method. If it's not feasible to hang pulleys or due to space constraints, and the PP drum manufacturer cannot perform hoisting, the PP duct sections can be pulled up to the scaffolding with ropes and then lifted onto the brackets to align the flanges for gradual installation. Before the PP duct installation is complete and the air outlets and branches are not connected, the integrity of the PP duct system should be checked primarily on the main trunk. Prior to the installation of PP ducts, all internal and external debris should be removed, and cleaning and maintenance tasks should be performed. The installation location, elevation, and direction of the PP ducts should comply with the design requirements.
