Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for connection wires and transmission lines for automatic control systems in electrical instruments with rated voltages of 450/750V and below, offering excellent properties such as oil resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, resistance to various corrosive gases, aging resistance, and non-flammability, making it ideal for industries like metallurgy, electricity, and petrochemicals.
Two: Product Execution Standards
Q/HHTZH004.1
Flame-retardant and fire-resistant property test conducted in accordance with GB12666-90 standard
3: Usage Features
1. Rated Voltage for Communication: U0/U 450/750KV
2. Higher Operating Temperature: Polyallfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) Insulation Exceeds 200℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation, temperature rating not exceeding 260℃.
3. Environment Temperature: Polyvinyl Chloride Sheath - Fixed installation: -40°C, Non-fixed installation: -15°C
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: Fixed installation -60°C, non-fixed installation -20°C
4. The installation temperature for cables should not be below 0℃ (for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables, not below -25℃).
5. Cable bend radius allowance: For non-armored cables, the minimum is 6 times the cable outer diameter.
Copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cables are generally smaller than 12 times the cable outer diameter.
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables have a diameter approximately 8 times smaller than the cable's outer diameter.
