Manufacturing:
Reinforcing mesh should be manufactured mechanically by a construction reinforcing mesh manufacturer. The longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bar intersections should be焊接 using resistance welding. The number of unwelded intersections at the reinforcing bar intersections should not exceed 1% of the total number of intersections in the entire mesh. Additionally, the number of unwelded points on any single reinforcing bar should not exceed half the total number of intersections on that bar. Unwelded intersections are not allowed on the outer reinforcing bars of the reinforcing mesh.
Mechanical and process properties:
The mechanical and bending properties of the steel mesh should comply with the specifications for LL550 grade cold-rolled ribbed steel bars in GB/T13788 and the specifications for LG550 grade cold-rolled smooth steel bars in Table A. The shear strength of the steel mesh weld points (in N) should be no less than the product of 150 and the nominal cross-sectional area (in mm) of the thicker steel bar.
Packaging
Reinforcing mesh should be tied neatly and securely, with the weight not exceeding 2 tons.刚性 supports or brackets should be added when necessary to prevent deformation that may affect its use during transportation and lifting.
