1. Multi-Media Filter

Process Features: Multi-media filters, also known as mechanical filters, primarily trap physical impurities in water, removing suspended matter, solid particles, and some colloidal substances.

Materials include: fiberglass, carbon steel (with internal anti-corrosion), and stainless steel SUS304 (lined with rubber for anti-corrosion), which can meet the production and process requirements of various industries.

2. Active Carbon Filter

They can be equipped with pasteurization to enhance the lifespan of the activated carbon, reducing bacterial growth during the production process.

3. Demineralizer

This prevents the formation of carbonate scale and sulfate scale during production, and the resin can be regenerated for recycling use. The softener can be used for softening boiler water and as pretreatment for reverse osmosis.

Fine filtration is a pre-treatment process before the raw water enters the reverse osmosis membrane. Its function is to prevent any leakage from the previous filtration stage, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis system.
