I. Overview

The KRZ103 control cabinet is available in two types: monitored and fully automatic. It is suitable for the 40MPa dual-line terminal type centralized lubrication system with dry oil, used to control the lubrication pump. The directional valve and replenishing pump work in coordination, enabling automatic oil supply to the supply points in the system, which stops automatically after completion. When the liquid level in the oil tank falls below a certain height, the replenishing pump starts automatically, stops after refilling the oil.

This control box can emit fault signals such as "extended oil supply time," "empty oil reservoir," and "overload operation." It features continuous, manual, and automatic control modes, which can be switched using the switch on the box surface. Continuous operation mode: Continuously supplies lubricant to the system's two main pipelines after the lubrication pump starts; Manual operation mode: Once the interlock signal with the main engine is connected, manually start the lubrication pump to supply lubricant to the system, and it automatically stops after completing a lubrication cycle; Automatic operation mode: Once the interlock signal with the main engine is connected, the lubrication pump supplies lubricant to the system at predetermined time intervals as set by the system, and automatically stops after completing a lubrication cycle. Regardless of the pump's state, the replenishment pump will automatically start to replenish lubricant once the oil reservoir is empty, and it will automatically stop once replenished.
