
Electrochemical gas sensors, infrared gas sensors, and catalytic combustion gas sensors all output tiny analog signals. Generally, users cannot directly utilize these sensors. Therefore, Shenzhen Huayi Environmental Protection Technology has developed a relatively independent miniature digital intelligent unit. This unit outputs signals via analog 0-5V/4-20mA and digital serial port signals.
Integrated sensor modules achieve functionality through data transmission or receiving instructions, including calibration, compensation for drift and non-linearity, zero-point temperature drift compensation, parameter settings, internal parameter settings, and test data output. The use of integrated sensor modules brings significant improvements, first with an automatic diagnostic function that performs self-checks upon power-up to determine if the module is faulty; secondly, calibration can be performed online based on usage time, with the microprocessor utilizing calibration data stored in EPROM for comparison and adjustment.
The Integrated Sensor Module series is a new type of smart sensor designed for manufacturers of gas detectors. Sensor Installation:
The intelligent gas sensor is designed with 7 pins and is installed in the sensor socket by a plug-and-play method. To ensure a reliable connection, it is recommended to use the socket. The sockets should be arranged according to the corresponding pins, installed vertically, and焊接 securely. Upon the customer's special requirements, the pin plug-and-play method can be omitted, and an external wiring method can be adopted, with the wire length generally not exceeding 150mm. In non-explosion-proof locations, hot-plugging can be performed with power. In work environments with explosion-proof requirements, the power supply to the equipment connected to the sensor must be turned off before installation.
