In comparison to regular compressed air, high-purity nitrogen, which is oxygen-free and virtually oil-free, has a low thermal expansion coefficient and low thermal conductivity, heats up slowly, and is non-flammable and non-combustible. These characteristics greatly reduce the likelihood of a tire blowout.

The aging of rubber is caused by oxidation of oxygen molecules in the air, resulting in decreased strength and elasticity and cracking. This is one of the reasons for the reduction in tire lifespan. The nitrogen separator can effectively remove oxygen, sulfur, oil, water, and other impurities from the air, reducing the oxidation of the tire lining and the corrosion of rubber, preventing metal wheel corrosion, extending the tire's lifespan, and to some extent, reducing wheel rust. 

4.Reduce fuel consumption and protect the environment. Insufficient tire pressure and increased rolling resistance after heating can lead to higher fuel consumption during vehicle operation; nitrogen, however, not only maintains stable tire pressure and slows down pressure loss, but also, being dry and oil-free, has low thermal conductivity and heats up slowly. These properties reduce the temperature rise of the tires during movement and minimize tire deformation, improving traction. This reduces rolling resistance, thereby decreasing fuel consumption.

3、 Other protection measures: Avoid inhaling high concentrations in enclosed spaces; provide good natural ventilation. Operators must undergo specialized training and strictly adhere to operational procedures. Prevent gas leakage into the workplace air. Handle with care to prevent damage to cylinders and accessories. Equip with emergency leak response equipment. 

Fire Emergency Measures and Protection

Evacuate personnel from the leak污染 area to the upwind location and isolate them, strictly controlling entry and exit. Recommend emergency personnel to wear self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus. Avoid direct contact with the leaked material. Try to cut off the source of the leak. Prevent gas accumulation in low-lying areas, which could ignite and explode upon contact with a flame source. Use exhaust fans to direct the leaked gas to an open area. Properly handle the leaking container, repair and inspect it before reuse.

This product is non-flammable. Keep the container cool in the fire scene with mist spray. Use mist spray to accelerate the evaporation of liquid nitrogen, but do not use a water jet.
