2. Working Principle and Structural Features
The main feature of the double high (low) pressure oil station is that a set of oil station has two high-pressure output pipes, which can meet the needs of two high-pressure lubrication points, while the rest is the same as that of a regular high (low) pressure oil station.
Each high-pressure output pipeline is equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure controller for regulating and monitoring the pressure of each high-pressure pipeline.
The components of this product are similar to those of a standard high (low) pressure thin oil station; it only includes an additional high-pressure oil pump, with both suction ports of the two high-pressure pumps connected to the supply outlet of the low-pressure pump. When both high-pressure pumps are activated, they draw 5L/min of lubricating oil from the low-pressure supply. For low-pressure pumps with lower flow rates, the pressure at the low-pressure supply outlet may decrease upon starting the high-pressure pump. However, the total amount of lubricating oil supplied to the bearings in a system where lubrication is directed to the same bearing is not reduced, so it will not affect the lubrication of the bearings. But when the high-pressure pump is started, the decrease in low-pressure pressure may cause the standby low-pressure pump to temporarily activate, which will not affect the normal operation of the lubrication system. However, when using a standby operation mode where two low-pressure pumps switch back and forth, if the flow rate of the standby pump does not meet the requirements after the working pump stops, the lubrication system may not operate normally. Therefore, attention should be paid to this situation when selecting a low-pressure pump with a lower flow rate.
