Product Introduction

I. Overview

HZJ series pipe clamps are suitable for the fixation of hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, and high-pressure water system pipes. The working pressure of the system can reach up to 40MPa; operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +250℃; and it has a wide range of applicable pipe outer diameters, from F6mm to F426mm. Particularly economical, reasonable, and safe for areas with vibration sources. They are widely used in the hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, and high-pressure water pipeline systems of industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemicals, coal, heavy machinery, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery.

II. Features

The HZJ series pipe clamps feature anti-vibration, anti-impact, high clamping strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life. The main body of the pipe clamp is made of high-grade spheroidal cast iron. The material of the gasket for the clamping surface is determined based on the working temperature: for temperatures less than or equal to 100°C, use standard rubber; for temperatures greater than 100°C but less than 150°C, use nitrile rubber; for temperatures greater than 150°C but less than 250°C, use fluororubber. The base plate is made of a solid steel plate, ensuring the connection strength between the base plate and the pipe clamp, base plate and the base surface (bracket) or the housing. The connection between the pipe clamp and the base plate is secured with two bolts (screws), facilitating disassembly for maintenance or repairs.
2. The HZJ series pipe clamps have a lifespan that is 50 times longer than plastic pipe clamps, 30 times that of aluminum alloy pipe clamps, and 15 times that of steel plate pipe clamps, compared to both domestic and international counterparts.
3. The HZJ series pipe clamps are available in 22 sizes and 62 pipe diameters, suitable for pipe outer diameters ranging from F6mm to F426mm.
4. Depending on the number of pipes arranged horizontally, each specification features two types of pipe clamps: single clamp and double clamp. Each type of clamp within a specification comes in two variations, with or without a base plate, depending on the connection method between the clamp and the base (support bracket) or the structure.
5. Tubes clamps of the same specification are available in single-layer and double-layer designs, based on the number of layers they are stacked. If the stacking requires more than double layers, please specify at the time of ordering. The number of upper tubes clamps should be equal to or less than the number of lower tubes.
6. The HZJ series pipe clamps have an outer surface coated with black or yellow paint, and can also be painted according to customer requirements.
