3A Molecular Sieve is an alkali metal silicate, also known as 3A Zeolite Molecular Sieve. Chemical formula: 2/3K₂O·1/3Na₂O·Al₂O₃·2SiO₂.Effective pore diameter of approximately 3A, primarily used for adsorbing water, does not adsorb any molecule with a diameter greater than 3A. With its industrial application characteristics, it boasts rapid adsorption speed, multiple regeneration cycles, strong resistance to breakage and contamination, high utilization efficiency, and a long service life. It is an essential desiccant for deep drying, refining, and polymerization in the oil and chemical industries.

3A Molecular Sieve Zeolite 3A
1. Stable adsorption operation
Our 3A molecular sieve products feature low wear and dust-free operation, solving the issue of excessive molecular sieve dust being introduced into the system due to low strength and high wear, which causes pipeline and equipment blockages.
2. Strong thermal penetration capacity
The product addresses the previous issues of using other types of molecular sieve regeneration processes, which commonly require medium-pressure steam for humidification to remove adsorbed hydrocarbon substances and surface carbon buildup.
3. Strong adsorption capacity
Prevented high feed temperature in the demethanizer, resulting in increased olefin losses at the tower top, decreased separation efficiency of the trays, as well as increased resistance drop, making the entire olefin production unit unstable.
4. Long service life
Short regeneration time, long usage cycle; after 1-2 years of use, the surface activity remains excellent.

01. Used in separation production units for ethylene, propylene, acetylene, and butadiene, this process deep-dries and dehydrates feedstock cracking gas. It can treat cracking gas with a temperature of 16±1°C, pressure of 3.2±0.1MPa, and water content of 600-900PPm, drying it to a dew point below -55°C before it enters the pre-cooling system of the low-temperature methane removal tower.
02. Mainly suitable for adsorbing moisture in the interlayer gas of insulating glass, continuously absorbing moisture into the spacer layer throughout the lifespan of the insulating glass; prevents condensation on the glass, keeping the insulating glass clean and transparent even at low temperatures, enhancing its thermal insulation and soundproofing properties, thereby reducing energy consumption and significantly extending the service life of the insulating glass.
03. Used for fuel ethanol dehydration, it achieves excellent results after ethanol dehydration; low energy consumption, with energy consumption less than 560 KJ/L of ethanol, not considering integrated energy utilization with other processes; easy operation, fully automated control throughout the process; environmentally friendly, no toxic or harmful substances introduced, ensuring no environmental pollution throughout the process; long lifespan, with a service life of up to 7-10 years under normal operating conditions.
04. Select specific molecular sieves for refrigerants; our XH-7 and XH-9 molecular sieves are suitable for refrigerants with very stable chemical properties, such as R-134a, R22, 1234yf, etc. Refrigerant desiccants can be used to manufacture various automotive air conditioning system reservoirs and refrigerant filters, including filters for various refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and other refrigerant heat exchange units.
