Product Description
Outdoor fire-resistant coating for expanded steel structures is composed of emulsion, N-P-C flame retardant system raw materials, pigments, fillers, and additives.
The coating softens rapidly when exposed to fire, followed by foaming into a carbon three-dimensional network structure to prevent the spread of flames and radiation of heat. This extends the fire resistance of the protected copper structure, thereby safeguarding the steel structure.
Application Range: Used as fire protection layer for load-bearing steel structures, widely applied to various outdoor load-bearing components such as outdoor chemical equipment, various steel structure factories, and sports facilities to enhance their fire resistance limit.

Product is water-based, suitable for general cargo transportation; no hazardous materials.
2. Store at 0°C or above, in a well-ventilated, rainproof, and shaded environment; shelf life of six months.
Construction Technology
1. Prior to construction, the steel components must be thoroughly rust-removed, followed by two coats of anti-rust paint. Apply the remaining material only after the anti-rust paint has fully dried, i.e., when it does not move under hand pressure. 2. Construction should be conducted in an environment with a temperature of (5-40)°C, relative humidity of (50-80)%, and wind speed of 5m/s. Avoid working on rainy or snowy days when钢结构 shows condensation, frost, or water droplets, and be cautious against rain and direct sunlight during the construction process. Extend the maintenance period during the plum rain season to ensure moisture evaporation. Do not rush the progress; continue only after the coating has fully dried.
3. After opening the paint can, it should be thoroughly mixed with an electric tool before application. The coating should be smooth and not sag.
4. Painting application is by spraying method, thickness should not exceed 0.5mm in a single coat, with no runs allowed. Allow a 24-hour interval at (24 ± 1) C, with a relative humidity of (50-80) %. Continue until the specified thickness is reached.
