A wide variety of high-quality grouting material models are available. Understanding the models of grouting materials and selecting the correct grouting material model is essential to ensure the quality of construction.
Standard Grouting Material: Suitable for secondary grouting of equipment foundations with grouting thickness between 30mm < δ < 200mm, also applicable for anchor bolt anchoring, embedded steel reinforcement, and other foundation reinforcement construction.
Reinforced Grouting Material: Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with a grouting thickness of ≥150mm. Suitable for reinforcement construction on large-scale buildings such as beams and columns by Jinybo Yunshang, offering higher performance and greater load-bearing capacity than ordinary grouting material.
Flowable Grouting Material: Used for grouting with a thickness of 10mm < δ < 150mm on equipment, primarily for repairing cracks in concrete structures.
High early strength grouting material: Mainly used for emergency construction under strict project time requirements. Generally, it can be used normally after 2 hours of completion, and is widely used in underwater operations and road repair.
High-strength grouting material: Suitable for construction in environments with very high load-bearing capacity and vibration, mainly used for bridges, tunnel construction, etc.
Low-temperature grouting material: Mainly suitable for construction in low-temperature environments where outdoor temperatures are below freezing.
High-Temperature Resistant Grouting Material: Primarily suitable for use in construction materials under environments where temperatures exceed 500 degrees Celsius.
Xianghuan Concrete High Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material (Bridge-Specific Grouting Material) can fill all voids and meet the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment. After one million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the strength shows no significant change. The strength is notably improved after soaking in engine oil for 30 days. Outdoor construction is permitted at temperatures as low as -10°C.
